we first experienced this in a bar where they make specialty cocktails. We had to recreate it and we did so successfully. If you get this feedback, let me know as when I receive your response, I will order two more.

Ume has an excellent, natural-tasting flavor that works well in tiki drinks, as well as gin and tequila cocktails. The color also stands out, making it pair well with clear liquors.

It tastes really good even by itself but I like it in my margaritas instead of triple sec. It's less sweet which I like.

Bought for my husband. Only thing was that we had to destroy the gift box to get the bottle out..too tight an insert for the bottle

Delicious addition to any cocktail recipe

I love the light sweet flavor. I use it with champagne, prosecco and have used it in place of cranberry for a cosmo. Very versatile flavor and delicious.
